In this program, combines the benefits of metabolism-boosting strength training for one complete workout. In this interval training class, we do not stop. It is a continuous flow of strength training: cardio, strength training, cardio for 45 minutes.

During this 45 minute full body workout you will tone up, burn hundreds of calories, and have so much fun you won’t even realize you’re working out!
